I have a S21 and am happy with my battery . I think each person's usage impacts the results that they get.

I am on S21 locked to T-Mobile and did software update check and it quickly said I have the latest update.

I bought 2 S21 from T-Mobile and got 2 credit codes. I used the credit to apply against a watch for my wife. I had to add the smart tag as an item. I only got credit for one smart tag. I will have to wait and see if 2 smart tags arrive next week.
