Registered my s21 ultra yesterday and received my email today stating my $150 Samsung credit was approved. Since I thought it was $200, chatted with a Samsung rep who checked into it and said when I put my code in it will be $200. After the chat ended, I received another email stating my $200 Samsung credit was approved with the same code number.

I had the same thing happen. One email said 150 an hour or so later another for 200. Unfortunately there's not a lot not options to choose from. Kind of regretting buying the buds pro from Amazon a couple weeks ago.

Does anyone know how the promotion works when the phone was purchased through T-Mobile. I registered my device and it said my claim is accepted, but it says the credit will be delivered and 4 to 6 weeks. I assume it's just a promo code they email to you?

Keep checking the Shop Samsung app and your email. I purchased through verizon and it took about a week after it was approved for me too get the credit.
