First, the MR2 "OTA" update has not been officially released. Therefore, it is only available by flashing the leaked images onto your device. I recommend rooting using the MR1 method (as outlined on AndroidCentral and XDA) and then flash the MR2 radio and use a debloated rom (such as FlyWeight)
