I have a problem with my S6 edge, if I use the smartlock with trusted location home it works just fine when i'm in my house, no fingerprint required, I can swipe the screen and use my phone. The problem is that if I go out, even 50 km away from home, the phone won't ask me for my fingerprint...

I have the edge but TBH the edge options are quite useless right now. I'd probably buy it again anyway but you should do it only if you think the appearance worth the extra money.
