Found the cause. I have an app that automatically redirects mp3s from phone to SD card. Wherever it redirects the issue occurs. Will try manually moving music every once in a while instead and see if the issue still occurs.

Seen threads saying that installing Xposed on the gs4 lollipop works well if done properly and other threads saying it is very likely to brick your even even if installed properly. Will installing Xposed brick my phone or not? EDIT: I not using any custom ROMs.

I'm on a rooted GS4 SGH-1337M and whenever I try to load/view a picture or download something I either get: Could not load photo, or something like no storage space available. I have over 1 GB in internal storage and 7 GB in external storage unused. I can't take screenshots for obvious reasons.
