Did you buy the phone from Huawei? If so, not much Google can do for you.

Did they give you a tracking number first or did it just show up?

Ah, gotcha. I ordered mine on the 14th, but is still showing a delivery date of "Sept 18-19". Just got the "5-7 days" email though, so hoping things move quickly. Told them that they could switch me to another color if it would make things move faster.

Did you get that 5-7 days email prior? Or did it just randomly show up.

I actually put my order in on the 14th and have been in limbo ever since. Are people finally getting theirs shipped?? I'm pissed because my phone actually IS having those issues. Can't even open Snapchat with the phone below 40% or the entire thing dies immediately lol smh

Did they completely remove the blue light blocking or 'night mode' in the 7.1 beta?? Was one of my favorite features in Nougat, super disappointed.

Reading this thread is getting me more and more pissed with Google, I ordered my 64GB Aluminum back on 11/30 and it STILL has a status of "Processing". They content that there is no issue with the order and that it should ship today, but still has a status of "Processing".

My order has been "processing" since early Tuesday on google. Anyone else have similar experience? Expected Delivery date is Dec 4th-8th.

Mine just went from "Pending" to "Processing"..... not sure if that's good or not yet though. lol
