Nope. Different cable and different 12-volt charger didn't fix it. If I have the phone plugged into the car and shut the car off the phone will reboot. This is my only car that doesn't keep the power on to accessories for 30 minutes or so after shutting down the car. Oh well, I'll just in...

New cables should be here tomorrow. It restarted again tonight when I got home and shut off the car. I turned the car off, the phone woke up as the power (I was charging) stopped, and then I unplugged it to leave and it rebooted. Joy.

Mine has rebooted on its own about I think twice since the update last weekend. Now that you mention it, both times where when I was unplugging it from the USB cord in my car. Also odd, that is the only cord that has ever given me the 'moisture in port' message, or whatever it says. It makes...

I got the Squeeze. Should fit the N8 with 1/4 inch to spare : - ) My riding buddy has the Ram X mount and he complains that the phone rocks back and forth because the X arms move in their slots. Plus....I want to be different from him.

Seems 'Light Flow' works. I found you can turn off the charging/charged 'notification' light and you don't see them. You still get notifications for your other apps so that's nice.

With my Note 2 I was using a Ram Mount cradle. It was a tight fit and I've confirmed the N8 will NOT fit :-( Ram has the X grip but it seems a bit sketchy as to whether the N8 might fall out. Anyone have an X grip with N8 and have input to share? Will
