They said it's supposed to automatically swap the ICCIDs during the changeover but that's clearly not happening. Hopefully they fix the core issue or at least put this into some tech docs so that people don't have to spend months fighting with them to get it fixed.

I'm glad they were able to get you all taken care of!! It seems that it's a problem they're having whenever they swap out GS4s and none of the techs knows what's going on.

It's not working on my Sprint GS4 either. It says "Unable to connect to Data network, turning off hotspot. your plan may not have the Hotsport service, please contact your phone company" I guess I need to try another option that isn't paid.

Mine just started to do this last night. I've noticed that after a phone call the messaging app will work again then if I send MMS or receive it'll lock up again. Edit: Works just fine with Go SMS Pro. Stock App still constantly crashing.
