    Pro Shot photos are rotated

That's weird, the controls are never supposed to be on the left (I planned on adding that in the future for left-handed users. It's actually a lot of work because of the camera roll :/). I'm not sure if the Photos update helped anything, but glad it's working now!

    Pro Shot photos are rotated

Thank you for the additional info. Very strange, I haven't heard that from other 6P users, and I'm not getting that on my 5X (same camera hardware). Are you running a custom ROM, or have rotation lock enabled?

    Pro Shot photos are rotated

Hello, I'm the dev. Nice cat :) Can you please tell me which device you are using? Do the images appear rotated properly within ProShot? What about the Photos app? Under the hood Android's image rotation is a mess, and different devices have different ways of reading and handling it. I've done...

    Best Camera App for 6P?

The money thing is always a tough balance. I want as many people as possible to have the app, but without money I can't buy food to keep me alive long enough to add more features :p I'm going with a one-time purchase model for now, but might experiment with others to see what works best for...

    Best Camera App for 6P?

I agree that the right menu could be better - it's an intermediate step as I iterate the interface to better accommodate the types of users coming into ProShot. Still not sure if I'm going to make it all dials, but who knows what 2016 will bring? :) HDR is definitely a planned feature :)...

    Best Camera App for 6P?

Hi, I'm the developer of ProShot. Thank you for checking my app out! I'm curious about what you think its shortcomings are. I'm always looking for ways to make it better :)

Nexus 6P - Camera App Discussion

Re: Camera App Discussion The ability to record 60fps or higher video was only add via official APIs in Android 6.0, so it's going to take a bit for devs (like myself) to bring it to our apps. HDR video requires special hardware, something only newer Samsung devices have, and the proper APIs...

ProShot - DSLR camera app that does everything, on sale for $0.99

Thanks, I totally forgot to include a demo link :) Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with the S6's firmware, as it does not happen on a Nexus 5 nor an LG G4. I've profiled the memory and CPU usage on an S6 while capturing 8+ RAW files, and everything remains very low, so it looks like...

ProShot - DSLR camera app that does everything, on sale for $0.99

Hi all, I'm the developer of ProShot, and I've been working really hard to make the best, most feature-packed camera app possible on Android. ProShot was built to offer a huge range of options and customizations, even if your device doesn't have full camera2 API support. It's on sale now :)...

    Where is all the love?

I had the S6 for a few weeks for app testing, along with a Moto X, HTC M9, and Nexus 5. Of all those devices the Nexus 5 is still my favorite, but the S6 came in such a close second. Truly an amazing, fast device that never complained; really my only gripe was the stock UI, haha. Since I'm...

Greetings, from the developer of ProShot

I thought it was for sale already in the US but some quick digging showed that it's not out yet. Also the rumored price tag of $999 is just.... nope. Not unless it came with a micro 4/3 mount (which would be so awesome! Day one purchase).

Greetings, from the developer of ProShot

Though not a Nokia, the Panasonic CM1 is impressive with a giant 1" sensor. Plus it recently got Lollipop. Very very tempted buy it and use it as a "business expense" :P
