Greetings, from the developer of ProShot

Ever so slightly :)
I'm still hanging on to the 925 for the camera.
The ZenFone 2 is my main bang for now.

I'll be keeping an eye on your efforts kiddo!

The camera module (image sensor, OIS unit) used in the 920, 925, 928 was such an understated revolution in mobile imaging. It was the first to do 4s shutter speed, offer ISO up to 3200, manual focus, allow very close focusing, the first time we saw OIS in a phone, and it was a bigger, multi-aspect ratio sensor at 1/2.6" instead of 1/3" like everywhere else. It's amazing that 3 years later, even though new phones are pushing more MP, Nokia's hardware still holds its own.

Though not a Nokia, the Panasonic CM1 is impressive with a giant 1" sensor. Plus it recently got Lollipop.
Very very tempted buy it and use it as a "business expense" :P

I'd be interested if it were available in the US or at least supported US LTE bands.

I thought it was for sale already in the US but some quick digging showed that it's not out yet. Also the rumored price tag of $999 is just.... nope. Not unless it came with a micro 4/3 mount (which would be so awesome! Day one purchase).

Hi Eddie - I look forward to your photo app coming along soon. I will d/l it for my wife's (iphone) since she loves to take pics and get some time with it before Android get it.

Hello Eddie and welcome to the forums at Android Central!

Enjoy and have fun!

Hi,

Does this app have options to adjust the jpeg processing and make a preset. Things like adjusting the sharpness, saturation etc before firing the shot so that I dont have to fiddle with editing after the shot.

Also does it support control over the front camera. Options for exposure compensation and metering. Selfies on my LG G4 always appear overexposed when standing in front of a bright landscape blowing out the beautiful scenery.

Hope you reply.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Eddie, and I am the developer of the popular camera app ProShot for iOS and Windows Phone. I'm hard at work on the Android version, and it's coming along together quite nicely! I will be posting here a lot more soon, but just wanted to say hi for now :)

Cheers!

Can't wait to see your app. I've been looking for a good one to use besides the standard Samsung camera app.
