In relpy to OneNote availability, it is available on the Tab as well. In fact, the Tab version allows you to have a small OneNote icon always available near the edge of the display so you can open it quickly. Cannot do this on the iPad.

Agree, not as smooth as the iPad Pro 10.5, but a lot more functional IMHO. I just came over from the ipp and much prefer the Tab S3. A little bit of stutter is a small trade off for a more functional, practical tablet.
