Sure. There are a few different ways to get there. /mnt/shell/emulated/0 /mnt/sdcard /sdcard /storage/emulated/legacy /storage/sdcard0 There may be others. It still makes no sense.

I've got this, as well. It's an LG Ultimate, and I get this about half the time when using the Home key. Getting rid of Google updates brought no joy.
