Access Denied?

I receive an annoying access denied error most of the time when I visit the forums, usually it'll clear up after a back-forward refresh, but it happens like every day. Here's a screencap for a look:

Also, forgot to include that I'm using the most up to date version of Chrome on Win8.

Only on Chrome and IE10 that I have these problems. Aurora (Firefox Nightlys) are not affected..

Every time I click on "Rooting Your Android" I get Access Denied. What's up with that?

Using Pale Moon 27.0.3 and Firefox 51.0.1.
