Galaxy S7 Edge - Restarts itself up to twice each hour

I was sooo happy to say that my problems were solved by doing a factory reset of my S7E. Nope. After a few days, my S7E went back to it's evil ways of random reboots. I just read on another forum that the November T-Mobile update solved the problem. I guess that might make sense because the...

Galaxy S7 Edge - Restarts itself up to twice each hour

I'm at the end of my story. I backed-up my data, did a factory restore, restored my data. My problem is solved. HOWEVER: I'm seven hours into restoring all of my settings. This would have never happened if T-Mobile had tested before pushing the update. :-$

Galaxy S7 Edge - Restarts itself up to twice each hour

It is not just an unacceptable fix, it really isn't a fix at all. It forces a lack of functionality on the customer. A factory reset is "easy and convenient" for T-Mobile and Samsung but it is an unacceptable burdon to the customer. After further testing, disabling Samsung Gear appears to...

Galaxy S7 Edge - Restarts itself up to twice each hour

I think I solved my problem. After the last T-Mobile update, my wife's S7E and my S7E each picked up the spontanious reboot problem. Turning off Bluetooth eliminates the symptom but is an unacceptable "fix". I also tried cleaning Bluetooth Share Cache and firmware cache without success. My...

Likewise. My S7 Edge was a stabile as a granite mountain until the recent T-Mobile update. Does anyone know how to roll it back? My phone was a running little warm when the reboots were happening this evening. I disabled Bluetooth. The phone is now cool. But, this is a very short test...

    At&t apn list

I received three warranty replacement Skyrocket 2 phones from AT&T that did not work! After a phone was idle: no e-mail, no GPS, no text messaging, not received calls. Pandora would only play one song. On each phone, I could remedy the problem by placing an outgoing call. Once done, messages...

having major charging problems need major help

A 2 amp charger solved my problem. For my car or for my home, I only have success charging my S2 when I have a 2 amp charger. The phone only sucks the power when it needs it, it charges reliably and it stops charging (or slows to a trickle) when it doesn't need the power. A 2 amp charger will...
