i always keep my mobile data off on my phone. whenever someone sends me an mms message, i turn on the mobile data. however, it still says downloading. any way i can fix this.

my contract is finally up and now ill be moving on to verizon. ive had my heart set on a nexus for a long time and now that this injunction has happened is terrible luck. but will i still be able to buy it sometime next week or am i already too late. i plan on going to a radioshack or verizon...
