they are putting a hold for the full price of the phone on my account until they get this one back. IT probably could be rooted, but I don't want to void any warranties.

I took it out of the box, tried to turn it on, and it went straight to the bootloader. If I try to select start or go into recovery mode, the phone freezes. If i restart the bootloader it just goes right back to this screen every time. Google is shipping a replacement, but I won't have it until...
