I'm aware that the device needs to be off. That's why/how the Samsung logo appears when pressing the buttons at the same time. Like I said, we've done this with numerous devices, but this one will not display the menu to reset.

BTW, I'm a teacher on the west side of Indy and have numerous tablets that we've done this to. However, I tried it on my own device at home (same model) and got the same results.

I've searched EVERYWHERE and am stumped!! Don't know the account on the device. It's currently locked in kids mode. I'm trying to reset to factory settings. However, when I press Power+Volume Up+Home, the Samsung logo appears, goes away, then appears again and the device powers off. If I let go...
