Mine did this too a few times after I had it a month, I reset it (wiped it), re-installed the apps and it has never shut off on me since. I would recommend a reset before you take it back, its fast and easy.

I have been using the "better keyboard" for at least a couple of weeks now, and not only do I think it looks awesome, it's free and so far gives me the best typing experience and speed. I think it makes better use of the gorgeous screen on this thing, that GB keyboard just looks fugly, but hey...
