I have a ZTE Z755 phone that I got from cricket. Every time I plug in my headphones Google search will automatically come on my screen and my music start playing even when I am using other apps. What do I do?

I tried to factory reset my samsung galaxy s3 because it was having issues. The phone tried to restart itself, but it is stuck at the logo screen. The logo is flashing blue. I looked at other forums on this page and I did hold the power button & volume button at the same time, but it did not do...
