    So your saying fully charging the EVO on the first use is not necessary and to always keep the battery from completely draining?

    What are the steps for correctly charging your EVO when you first get it out of the box? Should I just fully charge it or do the fix where your turn it on charge to green then turn it off then charge untill green again etc..?

    yeah I currently have a treo and i always accidentally connect to the internet.. I guess i'll be getting that data plan .. and that dam premium charge lol

    Is there any way to use the EVO 4g on a plan without the unlimited data? For example, can you buy the phone from ebay and use it with a non unlimited data plan?
