Ya know, I'm beginning to think that my phone won't actually arrive today:

I seriously doubt we'll have to wait for developers to support it. I would be shocked if Google didn't take the same method as Apple and just plug in face unlock to the existing API that the FPS uses so it will just work with apps with no changes required in software.

Hopefully it isn't quite that bad! I'm annoyed but ok with the date slipping I guess. Like I didn't pre-order right away and I get it, what I am annoyed with is no communication and also getting an e-mail just yesterday that said it would ship this week and that my order hasn't actually changed. Ugh

His videos are pretty entertaining and I enjoy watching him go to town on the latest phone...that said they aren't all that useful apart from rare cases where he finds out if a screen is easier to scratch than it should be. Really not worried about any of this.

You can always try printing off a signature release and signing it and then taping it to the door. Sometimes they take it sometimes they don't, depends on the driver

Well considering pre-orders from Verizon started at the 25th/1st I didn't expect them to ship before Google........still can't douse that last ray of hope that says they might though ;)

Anyone with a Verizon order see any movement? Kind of wish we could have a separate thread for us poor Verizon people :/

Also I dislike that everyone calls the Black and White version the Panda version...it's a penguin damnit! Look at the orange button! I don't see orange on Pandas! ;)

how is that any different from plugging in charging cables everywhere? It's just slightly more convenient to not have to plug the cable into the phone.
