Nice packing Samsung... sheesh. At least it didn't get damaged.

Seems to me the packaging of goods gets worse all the time - it is all about the $$s - time and materials.
As long as the seal on the phone box isn't broken, I wouldn't worry. I say this preparing myself for my delivery tomorrow.
 
Bah still have an estimated delivery of Sep. 4th, can't complain though as I didn't preorder until about a week ago. Just means this way I have the chance to see what the next iPhone looks like while I'm still in the return window (assuming it doesn't still get to me earlier).

Hey at least my Galaxy Fit just got delivered ;)
 
As of 1:15 p.m. my business with Samsung has been completed. I had a successful first run with this thing they call pre-ordering. My phone and freebies have all been delivered, and they are at home safe and sound. NOW I can pay attention to the problems of the people who sit across from me. However, you all are still near and dear to my heart, so I shall check in until each and (almost) every one of you has been taken care of by Samsung. See y'all this evening! *smooches*

Now that you have your Note 10+, and I don't have my Note 10+, Are we still spouses, or have I been replaced by The Black Beast?
 
Mine just arrived. Pretty cool. Came charged to 75%. Using the charger from the box, hit 100% in about 9 minutes. Setup was really quick. I opted for a clean install. The Carrier update happened first, then the August 1 security patch went off. Was ready to go in about 15 minutes or so....
 
Never cut off the person you're asking for help. I know you're frustrated, but that agent is only doing what he was trained to do...even if it's wrong and not helpful. Hopefully a more informed agent will call you back.

Unfortunately not. I had to call in and be put back in the queue again. Fast forward an hour and a half later.. I talk with someone else who tells me the same thing basically. He then says that I have to contact Verizon and that everything should be ok and I will receive my phone but he can't give me any other info. He said that they must not have any white ones in the warehouse and I politely pointed out that I preordered within minutes of it opening and people who purchased a few days ago literally have them in hand.

I was just being impatient.. now I'm actually worried about if my order will even go through. At least my wife's phone showed up because she actually did need it.. she's leaving Monday for an out of town academy that she will be in for three months so she really needed to get the phone set up before she leaves. Last time I preorder a Verizon anything though.. if my phone hasn't shipped by Friday I'm just going to get one in store and cancel the preorder.
 
I just got my tracking number after hounding t mobile for 4 days. I ordered the n10+ aura glow 256gb variant on the 16th. Payment didnt go through until yesterday. The only reason we know this is because I called almost every day trying to figure out why the heck we weren't getting any notifications.

Annoying. Lol but I have an estimated delivery of tomorrow 8/22/19.
 
Just came about an hour ago! I gotta work in a couple hours so when I get home tonight I might transfer the data while I'm running on the treadmill!

FYI don't buy the Samsung rugged case. It's a thin POS. I think I'm going to put mine right into the Unicorn Beetle Pro!
 
I hope everyone will soon have their new Note10 (Plus) in-hand. Still setting-up this one of mine. It's eerily similar to the outgoing Note9 but it definitely has that new-in-hand feel to it. This new Note10 is better than I expected it to be and is very fast.

Wait, did you order from Verizon or a Verizon model from Samsung?

I realize I ordered later than you 8/11, I was just bumped back to Sept 4, No CC year either. I might just cancel too at this rate. Yeah I loose the blue, but the glow one would be OK too.
 
My shipment came in at lunch but I've been to busy with work to open it up. It's killing me lol. I'm trying to have self control and not blow off my work. It's hard! 😀
 
my phone has been at fedex facility in Indianapolis, IN since 11:30 last night, when it was picked up. It was originally showing delivery by tomorrow, 8/22. I've had about 5 notifications from fedex saying it was rescheduled for 8/22. no movement at all.
