T-Mobile canceled my order as well. After several phone calls they would not honor the order. After talking to the manager and getting a phone number for cooperate. I asked to be transferred to the cancelation dept. She put me hold to transfer the call and to my surprise a sales rep picked up...

The same goes for Handcent. I had to uninstall it in order to recieve tex on the watch! Hope this gets fixed with update before my 30 day return window expires.

The magnets are not that strong and and I keep the phone facing in. So I haven't had any issues with the screen and S pen so far.

It has a little play without the case on it. The headphone jack is not covered if left at the top of the case.

I have the unlocked Note 2 and have the same case. Phone fits in pouch nicely with a TPU case on the phone also purchased from Amazon $3.

If you have a saved wifi network you will get the pop up. Long press on a saved network to hit forget network and you will no longer get the pop up. Do this to all saved wifi networks and the pop up does not appear.

Sedio active combo is a decent case beltclip combo for those who like to phone on belt. The fit is perfect, the only thing is the the rubber inner skin is a heavy lint magnet. Overall I am very pleased with this case and would recommend it to anyone who likes to wear phone on their belt.
