How are you carrying your Note?

I've had my Note for one week and so far so good. My only issue is getting used to carrying it around with me. My iPhone always went right in my pocket and I never noticed it but not the Note, I definitely notice it's there! I have my Note in the leather folio style case I got from AT&T so it covers up the screen but sometimes it bugs me to have to open flip cover every time I want to look at my screen. When I carry my bag with me to and from work of course I put in in there but it's all the other times that I'm still getting used to hauling my Note around with me.

Just curious how everyone is carrying it. Naked or with a case? In pockets or other?

Up til this point just naked in my pocket...however Seidio finally released a case/holster combo (Active)--http://www.seidioonline.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=BD2-HK3SSGNT-BK--that I just purchased. Personally, I prefer the holster convenience for any phone I've had--iPhone, Lumia 800, etc.

I am naked and nervous!

Ordered two Boxwave cases on Amazon. The Duosuit and the Unicolor.

Duosuit $10.45
Unicolor $13.95

For the price, if they don't work well, I haven't lost much and can invest in something of higher quality. However, I have owned Boxwave cases before and they are surprisingly well made.

P.S. Also ordered the ExoGear mount for my car as well.

I carry mine usually in the inside breast pocket of my suit jacket during the week, and in the back pocket of my jeans or slacks on the weekend.

I use the Samsung OEM case. I must admit using the flip cover does get a little old, but for now it's okay. When I had my Epic Touch GS2 I carried it naked. I will likely go to carrying the note the same way eventually.

I prefer the holster type case too but I currently have a cheap leather belt clip case I got off of eBay that I do not like. So I went to the Seidioonline site npyle suggested and it is on it's way!

I have used Seidio cases and holsters for all my Blackberrys, but I'm thinking the size of the Note might make difficult to use with a holster. I'm very interested is your opinion, please report back after you have had time to test it out. THANX!

naked in my pocket. Ordered a cheap bumper but not sure if I'll use it. Got black-tie to ease the nerves

I carry it in my pocket and have a speck brand case I bought at the ATT store. No problem walking with it in my pocket. I took a short bike (pedaling kind) ride to meet someone for lunch today and I had it in my pocket. As I started pedaling, I had to make a little adjustment of the position in my pocket, but otherwise no problems at all.

In my pocket, so far no problems. I was concerned that while driving it may feel awkward, but it is fine.

I use a boxwave TPU case, but around the house I use the Reiko heavy duty hybrid case that is every bit as good as the Otterbox defender case i had for an iPhone.

I have a Rearth case and screen protector and carry it in my sweater or jacket since it's winter. During the summer I am going to carry it in my murse (yes, I'm one of those guys) since IMO this thing is too big to carry in a holster. I can't carry it in my pocket since I don't use loose jeans and even my iPhone 4 feels unconformable in my pocket.

Mine should be arriving tomorrow (3/7), so after a day or two of use, I'll update people on my thoughts. I too prefer the holster style and the size of the note has me wondering how I'll like it compared to the other holsters I use (iPhone4s, Lumia 800, etc.).

Sedio active combo is a decent case beltclip combo for those who like to phone on belt. The fit is perfect, the only thing is the the rubber inner skin is a heavy lint magnet. Overall I am very pleased with this case and would recommend it to anyone who likes to wear phone on their belt.

I carry mine either in my jeans pocket (I like relaxed fit jeans, works out nicely) or in my shirt pocket, if I'm wearing one with the larger pockets. Quite comfortable either way, surprisingly. :)

Though it will fit without issue naked in my front right jeans pocket, I normally carry it in my back pocket. I have to be careful to remove it when I'm sitting down. I need to stop by the mall soon and get a case for it.

Before getting a case from the mall, I would recommend checking out Amazon.com. You can find a bunch of cases for a fraction of the cost you'd pay at a mall.

exactly the same one i bought along with the screen protector. only time i have to take it out of my pocket is before i jump in the car and want to use the phone.

I started with the $50 AT&T case. Brought it back. Got a PDair holster case, ok but I couldn't keep a tpu cover on it when I attempted to put it in the holster. Next I ordered a horizontal case around 15 bucks-- ok, but bulky. I noted BoxWave had a new vertical holster case due out the 13th. I preordered and received it last Fri. Only $13 and I really like it. Holster can be in multiple positions. Ez in and out holster and it is light and not bulky. Excellent grip to it. Best so far.
