Correct - I see : English Francais (then 3 different asian languages that I can't read)

Is there any way to install/change my default language on my device to this? I only have English Canada installed and an application I have won't run without this language as default (Amazon Music)

I don't see this option, and some quick Googling didn't provide any info either. I can see some APK's to install for different camera apps to give this feature, but I would rather use my stock camera app.
