Change language to English USA

Is there any way to install/change my default language on my device to this?

I only have English Canada installed and an application I have won't run without this language as default (Amazon Music)

So you went to settings>language & input>language> and couldn't find English (United States) in that list?

English
Francais
(then 3 different asian languages that I can't read)

Did you ever solve this problem? I have the same list, but I can't believe that it doesn't have Spanish.

Korean, traditional and simplified Chinese. I also have accented English, whatever that means, on my Fido S4.

If you badly need specifically US English, I think this calls for flashing your phone (it's the Canadian SGH-i337m, of course, isn't it?) with some AT&T Galaxy S4 Stock Firmware. With all caveats.

Any update on this? I have mine set to English but it doesn't say (United States) beside it. I figure it's probably English UK because the flashlight feature is called Torch.
The available language options I see are the following the same: English, Francais, Korean, traditional and simplified Chinese.
I'm on Fido.
