According to google Sounds like you Gmailify'ed your yahoo email. open the Gmail app, go to Settings, tap on the Gmail account you want to unlink, and then tap Unlink account in the "Linked Account"section

Had somewhat similar problems with my Ford pickup, what I did was deleted my connection from my phone and truck. Then you should do a soft reset on the car head unit. Lots of videos on YouTube about soft reset. Then re-pair device. Make sure when asked to allow access to contacts etc. Worked...
