OKay i clicked encrypt and all it shows is the green android guy like coming apart i think its the encrpytion droid and it doesnt do anything What do i do...

Hey even if its backed up and lets say the encryption goes 50% i couldnt restore cause its en encrypted...... also i keep getting apps closing like " The Play Market Just Closed " Is this normal since its in alpha? Okay im going to try the encryption

Okay "Have you tried flashing a rom to it yet? You can get a stock VM rom, but I haven't had much luck, you could try Aphrodite Extra Pure, which is extremely close to stock and will not wipe out your data. At least then you can get your data off and then start fresh. Get something working on...
