I tried your suggestion as well and that didn't work. Frustrating how other push notifications work fine on both wifi and data yet the sports apps only pushes on Wi-Fi. Thanks for trying!

Ive taken a screen shot of background data on 5.1.1. The way I understand this is that it needs to be toggled on for it to run in the background.

My sports app will only push notifications on Wi-Fi only. Once Im on data it will not notify me. I do have the apps to run in the background. My apps are checked off to "show notifications" My email will push notifications to my device without any issues on data or Wi-Fi. Any help would be...
