Thanks all. I'm guessing it's just not compatible with this os version. App developers didn't reply to my email and the company themselves said as the problem is on my side, not theirs they cannot help me (super helpful obviously!)

Thank you. The app isn't sleeping as I open it regularly. Nonetheless, I checked these settings. It's not in the sleeping apps or deep sleeping apps section.

Hi, Thank you for the replies. I have done as stated above with battery and force stop etc. Still no notifications appearing. I cannot remember what the categories were like on my S22. That phone stopped working and crashed completely, unable to switch on now.. Thanks

Yes I can confirm this. As well as that, the app used to send notifications for reminders but, again, it no longer does so. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked the app is up to date.
