Pulled the battery for 2 minutes and that didn't work. Pulled the battery and removed the SD card. Put battery back without the SD card and no luck. Any other ideas on what to do? If I do a factory reset then, I assume that all applications that i downloaded will be lost . . . is that correct?

I'm not finding any post about this issue. I docked my Droid X in the Verizon car dock with a charger attached. I noticed that when a call came in that the phone only vibrated. When I undocked; my phone now won't ring. I have all other sounds for txt and alarm working. I have checked...
