Sorry it took so long to reply. The update only shows up every once in a while. After a failed update, the tablet says it is up to date. Then my wife has to wait until it offers the update again.

It's not rooted. She originally received the 4.4.1 update about 2 weeks ago. It would come and go, but every time it would give the error message. Last night, it said it was 4.4.2, but did the same thing.

I'm running Skyraider 4.3, but it's been about a week since I flashed it with no problems yet. It was fine this morning, just for some reason it unmounted it about an hour ago. I'll check it on the pc when I get home.

My incredible recently started forcibly unmounting my SD card. Whenever I reboot it, it will recognize it for a second or two, then I get the little triangle in the notification box saying my sd card was unexpectedly unmounted. The card is still in the phone, but it's like it isn't even there...
