Incredible won't recognize SD card

My incredible recently started forcibly unmounting my SD card. Whenever I reboot it, it will recognize it for a second or two, then I get the little triangle in the notification box saying my sd card was unexpectedly unmounted. The card is still in the phone, but it's like it isn't even there. The phone doesn't recognize it at all. I've rebooted several times and get the same result every time. Help please! Thanks.

Put your SD card into your PC's card reader, and run checkdisk, or see if it reads it. It could be the file system got corrupted. If so, you'll need to reformat it. At worst, a new SD card.

Or try a different SD you know is good.

Are you running a custom ROM?

I'm running Skyraider 4.3, but it's been about a week since I flashed it with no problems yet. It was fine this morning, just for some reason it unmounted it about an hour ago. I'll check it on the pc when I get home.

When I got home, I copied everything to my PC and reformatted the card. No problems since. Thanks for the help!

I might suggest keeping a backup SD card, just in case. It could be a sign of worse things to come:-\
