All apps working for me except for S Planner, it kept crashing. Had to go back to Dalvik cos i use S Planner a lot. Overall the device runs bit faster. Unsure about battery life though. Reboot time takes a bit longer in ART. No recompiling of apps though. My Note 4 recompiled the apps only...

Same here, OB Commuter with no screen protector. I like the OB Commuter more and more now. The look and feel are very solid.

Re: Still need to use other Launchers now that I've fine tuned TW? I backed up my Nova settings, so it will be very easy to re-install Nova and restore the backup to Note 4 in no time.

The Note 4 does reboot pretty fast...a lot faster than my old Note 2 which takes forever.

My concern is how much drop impact the Cameria OIS can take before breaks. Also, since I use the S Pen and there are now pressure sensors on the Note 4 screen, would it be wise to attach a screen protector? Would the screen protector affect the S Pen from working correctly with pressure sensors...

Yeah totally agree. Very lucky today.

Just wanna say I dropped my brand new Note 4 twice in a day, both times face down from chest height. Luckily I got an Otterbox Commuter case! Phew!

Re: Force GPU Rendering - is this necessary? Unchecked FGR now on my Note 4 and can't see any noticeable difference in GUI speed between checked and unchecked. Could it be that the octa-core Exynos version is using combination of its 1.3Ghz CPU and GPU?

Hey all, Read about Force GPU Rendering in Developer Mode. For my Note 4 octa-core v4.4.4, is it still necessary to keep this setting Checked as default to ensure it will use GPU to render all graphics? Does more harm than good? Keep it Checked anyways? Will it result in better battery...

Hey all, Wondering how often do you restart your Note 4 to guarantee optimum performance? Every morning or on every app install or once a week or never bother? When i had my Note 2, i restart every morning to remove all those wakelocks just in case. Cheers.
