I went to best buy and the Samsung rep reinstalled kitkat. No problem after that. All is good. Show him these post so that he knows. My samsung rep knew nothing before I came to him with the problem.

Anyone having screen flickering problems with there note 12.2 pro tablet will need to do a refresh install of kit kat. The Samsung rep at best buy did that for me and it seemed to have solved my screen flickering problem. It's a softwear issue but can be fixed with a simple update from kit...

Hi I had the same problem with my pro 12.2 tablet twice. Brought it back to best buy under the 45 day guarantee and replaced both. Screen flickers. R u still under warranty? If so see if you can return it for a replacement. If not call samsung and see what they can do.

I would suggest you return it and exchange it for a new one since you r within your warranty period. U would be foolish not to. I did mine with no questions asked.

Just an FYI to all I returned my note 12.2 pro to best buy and exchange it for a new one due to screen flickering problems I had while watching movies or just reading in general on the web. I had only had it for no longer than three weeks and was experiencing screen flickering. Other than that...

Does anyone know if the Samsung tablet 10.1 2014 is going to get the kit kat release anytime soon. I have Google it to no avail. No info that I can find. Thanks.
