I have tried both ways but no one worked for me.

Dear reader, As stated in the subject my Samsung Galaxy A5 was working fine due to some reasons I reset my phone to factory settings but right after that I am unable to turn on my wifi. Can you please help me out to figure out the problem and possible solution(s). Thanks in advance.
