Samsung Galaxy A5 Wifi problem after hard reset

Dear reader,
As stated in the subject my Samsung Galaxy A5 was working fine due to some reasons I reset my phone to factory settings but right after that I am unable to turn on my wifi. Can you please help me out to figure out the problem and possible solution(s).

Are you trying from the pull down or have you gone to Settings and toggled it?

I have tried both ways but no one worked for me.
