Apparently, I had to clean my screen multiple times and then it finally allowed me to add finger prints.

I removed my fingerprints and am trying to reinstall them. I get so far and then get a "make sure your finger covers the entire sensor." Well, I am. But it will not go any farther in the process. Any ideas on what to do?

Thank you, mustang7757. I discovered another issue: my Bixby routine had specific values input such as 0% on sounds, notifications, etc. So I deleted it and changed the routine to say "Do Not Disturb" so that should actually utilize the dnd exceptions and all that I have already set up. I may...

Hi dpomerance: good advice. I went into those settings and dnd was turned off. When I turned it back on my favorites are now an exception. I have no idea how that got turned off. Thanks for the tip!
