Yes, I have tried different USB cables and also another laptop, same results. My S20 FE 5G worked fine but not the Note 20. I think there's something wrong inside the Note 20 and probably needed to be repaired.

Thank you. That's the way I always do with my previous HTC phones. Only that for this one (A9), the ringtones won't change no matter what I did. I tried the ringtones on another HTC phone and worked fine. So I am at a loss. Maybe HTC can tell me why.
