Well I don't know maybe mines battery life is so bad because it's the unofficial version of CM, because my brightness is starting from 0-15, I don't have tasks on, I'm using SetCpu to underclock. I'm using CleanMaster, so my RAM usually is from 10%-50% and I clean my phone quite often.

I'm pretty sure that it's the CM fault, I've got the CM 10.1 Unofficial on my Incredible S, the phone works way better now, but also the battery problem, and I think I should just get a new kernel, but the problem is it's hard to find a good kernel for my device.
