Yeah, I'm waiting for wifi only xoom...if it doesn't release in next month or so may just have to get an iPad 2...

Yeah...edited post after I realized that. I want the 3g/4g version, but I don't want the data plan for 2 years...I only need it on a monthly basis when I'm traveling and such for work (3-4 times a year)

Ah...yeah...2 year contract though cheapest plan is $20 a month...which brings the price to $1080....

Where can you find one for that price? Best Buy is $799....

iPad 2 is dual core as well which is nice...Xoom really needs to lower price...

I already ported my number to GV and I use GV on my work iPhone...I will get a Thunderbolt via work and use GV for my personal line...I just hope I can text with native client and not have to use the GV app.

I have a Mac as well and I am switching to Thunderbolt or Atrix...trying to decide how important it is to be able to completely customize and root my phone, so I'm prob leaning towards the Thunderbolt. Back on topic....Doubletwist.com I have heard good things about and sync's itunes to your phone.

That was my understanding of how it worked...I know you can tell GV to forward text messages to any number you want, but I thought to reply from your GV number you had to use the GV app.

I currently have an iPhone 4 and will be getting the Thunderbolt when released. I believe with android you can integrate GV into the native phone dialer so when you make calls it uses GV and the person receiving the call sees your GV number. Can you do the same integration with the native text...
