    Whats wrong with my phone??

Check that all of your battery terminals are actually touching the battery. I had an old Galaxy S5 that would start up with a snowy static screen, and ensuring proper battery contact with all 4 terminals fixed it. Hopefully your issue is that simple. Cheers.

    Static Note 3 Screen

Check that all of your battery terminals are fully touching your battery. Sounds weird, but that's what was causing a static screen on my old S5. I just pulled on the terminal that wasn't quite touching, with a pin, so that it would fully contact the battery when I reinserted it. Bingo. Fixed...

Hi why is my s5 screen static

Check that all 4 of your battery terminals are fully touching your battery when it's inserted. I had the static problem too, and that's what fixed it. I noticed that my 4th terminal wasn't quite touching the battery, so I pulled it out just a little with a pin, so that it would contact the...

    Static on screen of S5

I fixed my S5's static screen problem by checking the battery terminals. One wasn't quite touching the battery, so I pulled it out just a little, so that it would fully contact the battery when reinserted. Bingo. Fixed it with a push pin in about 10 seconds. Maybe it was a paper clip, I don't...

I had a static screen issue also. ("Static" like the static on an old TV screen when not properly tuned to a channel. Young people may not know about this phenomenon...) I noticed that one of my 4 battery terminals wasn't quite touching the battery. I got in there with a sharp implement, yanked...

    pixel 2 static screen

I had a static screen problem on my old Galaxy S5. My problem was that one of the 4 battery terminals wasn't quite touching the battery. I got in there with a sharp implement and yanked on the terminal to bring it out a little more, so it would fully contact the battery. Bingo. Fixed it.

    Galaxy S5 - Static Screen/won't turn on

I had the same problem with the Static Screen Startup. After reading this post and seeing the “pressed down while starting" and “replaced the battery" statements, I had a look inside. I saw that my fourth battery terminal on the phone, the rightmost when looking at them, was not quite touching...
