Hi why is my s5 screen static

I tried so many ways to fix it like trying to press down on the screen or pressing down on the ribbon connector but none of these ways worked

So your phone is frozen? What do you mean by ribbon connector, the phone is apart?

Welcome to Android Central! You probably have to get the screen replaced, or possibly the connector. It'd be best done by a qualified technician.

Check that all 4 of your battery terminals are fully touching your battery when it's inserted. I had the static problem too, and that's what fixed it. I noticed that my 4th terminal wasn't quite touching the battery, so I pulled it out just a little with a pin, so that it would contact the battery fully.
Bingo. Fixed it at no cost. Hopefully this works for you. Cheers.
