Got the October security patch this morning on T-Mobile.

You can designate favorite contacts by tapping the star within the contacts app. Then go to Settings, Sound and Vibration, Do Not Disturb, Allow Exceptions, Custom to allow favorite contacts to bypass the Do Not Disturb block.

If you are saving pictures to an SD card, and there's a problem with the card, it could lead to that behavior.

Check your Application Manager to see if Peel Remote is on your device. If it is, try disabling it. If it solves your problem, you'll be happy. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.

Try disabling Peel Remote. Stopping all notifications from Peel did not work for me. I had to disable that obnoxious garbage.

After the update, the Disney Movies Anywhere app started crashing at device startup. Clearing the cache partition did not help.
