Good advice. Would my best route be going into the store, calling, live chatting, or emailing (with photos)?

Would I talk to my service provider or Samsung about that? I got the phone a month or so after release, so I'm not sure if it would still be covered under warranty or not.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have a screen protector on, and I had a case on it as well. It may have had a couple small drops but nothing major. I noticed these "cracks" (?) one morning, and they seemed to have expanded. Is this a phone defect?

So when I search Google Images, find a picture I want, I download it. Then, I'll go into gallery, and I can't find it. I have to use EX Explorer to get to it. How do I fix this?

Do you have different messaging apps installed (Handscent, Go SMS Pro) besides the stock one? I had them installed and it screwed up my group messaging. I uninstalled them and everything worked fine. I can group chat with iphones with no problem.

Same here. I can get the volume up and down, change channel, but when I click a show, a lot of times it will only punch in one of the numbers on the channel, rarely does it work that it actually goes to the channel. I thought maybe the IR output was scratched or something, but I don't see...

I was really dissapointed in indoor pictures with the GS4 in the beginning. Then someone explained to me about the benefits of using flash, even when it's not very dark in the room. I medium lit room, or just about ANY indoor shot, should use a flash. Using it may also close the shutter quicker...
