WatchOn not working

I have it set up right. I can change my channel, turn volume up/down, etc.. However, when I choose a show and click watch now it just flashes the blue led light and doesnt do anything but return back to the watch now screen.

Whats wrong?

I have my box and tv setup.. I am just trying to watch the just for you and netflix from my phone... when I click watch now it just flashes the blue led light and doesnt do anything..

Also will this play through my tv or do I have to have a certain tv to do this?

Nevermind. I think I got it. Once you click watch now you have to point it towards the TV. Didnt know that. Figured it would come on my phone first.

I have one question when I click on guide it pops it on my TV I can scroll up and down but if I hit OK nothing happens so it is really useless

I am also having this same issue. And I have pointed the phone to the TV, however its still not working.

Same here. I can get the volume up and down, change channel, but when I click a show, a lot of times it will only punch in one of the numbers on the channel, rarely does it work that it actually goes to the channel.

I thought maybe the IR output was scratched or something, but I don't see anything. I also don't think it would work in regards to the other stuff and just not this.

WatchOn not working at all!!!

i have a problem here when i start watchOn it take less than 1 sec and then the app crashes ive been dealing with this for months id appreciate your help tnx.
