Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge error 'Samsung Keyboard has stopped'

I have the same problem with my Note 5 - it is clearly related to the recent Verizon security update! And, worse, I ran a factory reset this weekend, which fixed it for just 48 hours - now back again! Same error message and no keyboard! Very frustrating.

s3 software update for the S2

I just bought the watch on Verizon (and since it is a carrier version of the watch, it is more expensive, not to mention the monthly fee). So, do I understand that I cannot get Spotify on it but I can on the cheaper WiFi/BT only version? I have 2 weeks to return the watch, and this may be a...

    Fingerprint scanner issues

Same problem here on Verizon ever since the recent update. A total pain, countless retries to unlock via fingerprint and then the phone locks up for 30 seconds. Does anyone know if Samsung is aware of this?

List of less obvious features after Marshmallow Upgrade

Strange that a software update would correct this, I would have thought that it was a physical issue, but like yours, mine now works every time without having to position it just so.

List of less obvious features after Marshmallow Upgrade

I thought it might be helpful to establish a list of new features and other changes after upgrading to Marshmallow that have not been widely discussed (such as Doze, Google Now on tap and other major changes that everyone seems to already know about). I am on Verizon, but I assume these will...

6.0 Marshmallow: Verizon Galaxy Note 5

Quite a scare when I read your post about Gesture Search! It is hands down the best app I have ever installed on my Android devices, and would gladly revert back to Lollipop if it didn't work in Marshmallow. But, at least so far, without a factory reset or even a cache wipe, Gesture Search...

How awkward is the Note5 + gym

I have a moto x (2014) and use it frequently at the gym. For gym use only, I use the Verizon hard shell holster case and clip it to my shorts. It is a bit large, but it works. I really like the Note 5, but am concerned about the size of it for certain day to day activities, including the gym...

Should I Join The Note 5 Club?

Two Huskies? Now that's a handful. I only walk an older Golden Retriever. But, with my Moto X (2014) , I can dial, text and browse apps with one hand. I'd hate to give that up, but really like the Note 5 and hope I am not kidding myself by thinking I can use it with one hand....

Should I Join The Note 5 Club?

But, with a kick stand, can you fit the phone into a pants pocket?

Should I Join The Note 5 Club?

Giving serious thought to upgrading to a Note 5. I currently use a Moto X (2014) on Verizon. My primary concern is the ability to use a device this size with one hand. I am able to use my Moto X with one hand while walking the dog (a twice a day, 30 minute event). While it is a bit of a...

    Moto X 2014 Bumper?

Thanks for the response. What did you get to replace the Moto X?

    Moto X 2014 Bumper?

Did you (or anyone else on this forum) ever find a thin bumper for this device? I have the Hula bumper, but like you, all I want is just a bit more grip around the otherwise slippery edges of the phone.

I got my Moto X Pure Edition! (First Impressions and User Reviews)

Re: I got my Moto X Pure Edition! (First Impressions) What do you mean by manageable when sitting upright? Are you referring to the phone sitting upright? It took me a while to get use to the size of my 2014 X and I am concerned about going larger to a phablet size. Can you hold the phone...

Moto X (2nd gen) 5.1 Lollipop: Battery Draining Faster?

My battery life is much worse after the upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1, it seems that Google Services, Cell Standby and surprisingly Messages is using a lot of the battery. I plan on doing a cache wipe first and hope to avoid to a factory reset which I find to be a pain.

5.1 Update has made my 2014 X feel new again

I have also been one of the fortunate group who has been generally pleased with the performance of my phone. A question for those of you who have done the upgrade - did you perform a factory reset after doing so? I know this question has been the subject of numerous threads for just about...
