    Magic que

Its tried to pop up for some vague things for me, but nothing actually useful like they showed in the phone debut.

Pixel 9 Pro XL to 10 Pro XL

From the 8 Pro XL to the 9 Pro XL and from that to the 10 Pro XL, each time if you hadn't told me I got a new phone I probably wouldn't have known. Although the 10 is 11g heavier.

iPhone to Pixel 10 Pro/ProXL people!

I always wonder what Apple would be like these days if Jobs was till around. They aren't really going anywhere and definitely aren't the innovators they once were. And I say this owning both a Macbook and Mac Studio aside from my Pixel.

Photo share editor doesn't come up

Right but when I hit that pencil button it brings me to this, none of which is the option to do the color editing. I can hit the edit button before share and get the color creating menu but then I have to save the picture and go find the saved one and then share it. Lots of extra clicks and then...

Photo share editor doesn't come up

On my pixel 9 the quick photo editor would come up like this when I would go to share pictures and it was a great way to throw on a quick edit before sharing. On my pixel 10 it doesn't come up. Anyone know why? Now I have to edit it and then save it and then share it to get the same effect.

Anyone having problems with Qi charging?

Does the Anker charger get hot? I'd used one of those style chargers in the past and the phone got so hot it basically stopped charging. I've been using this one lately for travel. The only thing missing is a magnet to hold it to the phone while it charges. Otherwise the wired charging is...

    Battery life

Some of the ER's I work in have good reception and I'll turn if off when I can since the hospital wifi seems to get worse and worse, but some of them are kind of buried so I have to leave it on.

Anyone having problems with Qi charging?

Yea, I saw that article. I have a Qi2 charger though and it still is bad.

Anyone having problems with Qi charging?

I've been using the same Qi car chargers in my last few cars and they have worked well on my last few Pixels. With my P10P XL I can barely get it to charge on my car chargers and even tried buying a new officially Qi2 certified charger and it seems to charge at the same speed, barely gaining 1%...

    Battery life

I have the P10P XL. It was mediocre the first few days. I work in an ER with variable reception. After a normal 10h shift with my 9P XL I'd be down around 70%. My 8 was closer to 60%. I've had the phone since launch day and yesterday at work I was draining fast. Today I left my 10h shift...

Pre-order and ship date thread (Bonus if you got selected for the extra $100 off coupon)

UPS says delivery on August 28th for me. I'm going to be at work so I hope they don't require a signature. I got the $100 coupon, but didn't look at the email in time to use it. I also got 10% back for being a GoogleOne member and another $200 back as well. All in Google store credits that...

What did you think of the live event and Jimmy Fallon?

Initially I thought they did it because the mainstream public would understand it better if famous person was hosting and that the general public doesn't care about detailed phone specs. Buuutttt..... the general public isn't who watches these launches. They likely barely know Google released...

    Post your case choices here.

The color of the phone is kinda irrelevant as the case covers it all unless you get one of the clear cases, but I haven't found one as thin as I'd want yet. A few months in I don't have a clue what color phone I actually bought.

What did you think of the live event and Jimmy Fallon?

Yea, cringe is another word I could see applying to it. I'd rather have just had Rick Osterloh run the thing and rotate a few other people in. I guess they did the presentation for the mainstream public as opposed to more techy people. Some of those features they talked about are cool, but...
