i gave up and went to koodo. phone is going out for repair. pretty sad that a phone that is 28 days old can't just be exchanged for a new one after you've been on the phone with tech support and they can't help you... anyways, if i still have problems after its been 'fixed' koodo will take it...

This worked! Thank you! I was able to update apps and install new ones. I also pulled the battery and then I was also able to download a pdf file i could not before and pictures are coming through now!

Did this. Didnt make a difference. The phone is a koodo phone bought from them.

I have the same problem.

I will try to download the speed test. I should have mentioned in my original post that i cannot download anything from the play store. It just continously downloads and nothing happens.
