    Thanks for another tip, I appreciate it.. I couldn't put Google app to deep sleeping apps so I just put it in standard sleeping apps list and I think this will do it for me. It's not a big problem, just an annoyance.

    Thanks for the tip, 5 GBP is not a high price but I still wouldn't pay for an option to really disable an app even if the cost was in cents. I think it's a bug and it is Google who is supposed to correct this, not me as an end user. It only relates to Google apps so it certainly is their fault.

    Hi everyone, I am facing the exact same problem with the Google app. It doesn't matter if I just disable the whole app or if I uninstall or updates, delete data and then disable just a bare-bone app, it re-enables itself within hours, sometimes after a day. Anyone found a solution? Thanks
